Four Simple Steps

01 Set the kettle to 80C and let it hold.
02 Sift 2g of Uji matcha into the bowl.
03 Add 60ml water, whisk in a W for 20 seconds.
04 Pour over cold milk and ice.

Who is Matcha Society?

A Melbourne matcha house sourcing direct-trade from family run farms in Uji, Kyoto. One harvest a year, ground in small batches — no blending down, no cutting corners.

This kit is the two of us agreeing on what matcha should taste like.

Questions

Can I use the kettle for coffee too?

Yes. The gooseneck spout, adjustable flow rate and variable temperature were designed for pour-over coffee first. Use 92-96C for coffee and 80C for matcha.

How long does shipping take?

How long is the warranty?
