Returns Policy

Please note to be eligible for return or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not given for change of mind or wrong purchase decisions, in this instance a credit note will be issued.

We will happily offer you a full refund for the purchased items if it meets any one of the following criteria:

– The item is physically damaged or faulty in a way that amounts to a major failure of the product. The Artisan Barista will determine the extent of any failure. ** We do not take responsibility for the actions of Third Party Couriers.

– You have been sent the wrong item by mistake.

– The item you purchased was out of stock at the time the order was placed.

When returning an item we advise using a trackable shipping service.
